Athletics Trust Scotland held it’s second Summer Proms 3k on Wednesday 4th May in Aberdeen and it turned out to be a stark contrast to the non summer conditions experienced in April.
In what was a cold and windy day for the first of the Summer Proms 3k series on the Aberdeen Beachfront on Wednesday 6th April at 7.00pm, there was a fine display of racing despite the challenging conditions.

When Sunday 12th December dawned crisp and cold, over 80 ‘Santas’ gathered at the Grampian Transport Museum in Alford to take part in the Athletics Trust Scotland’s inaugural 5k Santa Dash. Organised by the charity’s Fundraising Manager, local ultra-runner Kyle Greig, funds were raised to help up and coming athletes to progress towards achieving their full potential.
